Cooperation for a Gender-Equal Social Economy (Coop4Equality)

The Cooperation for a Gender-Equal Social Economy (Coop4Equality) project promotes greater gender equality, diversity and inclusion across the European social entrepreneurship ecosystem. The initiative supports entrepreneurs, innovation hubs, investors, educators and support organisations in integrating gender perspectives into entrepreneurship, innovation and investment practices.

Through research, training programmes, workshops and collaborative learning activities, the project develops practical tools and methodologies that foster more inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystems. It encourages cross-sector cooperation and knowledge exchange while strengthening opportunities for women and underrepresented groups within the social economy. By bringing together partners from across Europe, the project contributes to building a fairer, more collaborative and socially sustainable innovation landscape where diversity becomes a driver of creativity and long-term impact.
