Incubator / Accelerator

European Impact Hero

Europe's first accelerator dedicated to supporting sustainable and impact-driven start-ups working in climate action, circular economy and sustainable supply chains. Developed as COSI's contribution to the European Green Deal, the nine-month programme connected early-stage entrepreneurs with experienced corporate volunteers, mentors and industry experts to accelerate the development of innovative business models.

More than 20 start-ups participated in the accelerator, supported by over 100 corporate volunteers and experts from organisations including SAP, Microsoft, Audi and Volkswagen. Through mentoring, workshops, design sprints and practical coaching, participants refined their value propositions, validated business models and expanded their impact ecosystems. Beyond supporting individual ventures, European Impact Hero aimed to strengthen the European social economy by creating long-term collaboration between entrepreneurs, corporations, universities and public institutions.
